Mike has over 20 years of extensive painting experience of commercial buildings including high rises, shopping centers, high end apartments, hotels and industrial complexes. Currently manages all field operations.

Eric has a combined 25 years with Keith Monroe Painting and an owner of his own commercial painting company. He has an extensive and broad range of experience in all phases of painting and with all types of properties.

Phil is the Superintendent at Keith Monroe Painting, responsible for overseeing the company's projects and ensuring they are completed on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

Tyson has over a decade of experience in estimating including major apartment complexes, shopping centers, industrial buildings, hotels and high rise residential projects.

Stephen graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from California State University San Marcos.  Stephen is responsible for overseeing the company's financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

 Pedro works closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that the project is executed to their satisfaction.

Diana plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the company's administrative functions.
